"I highly recommend Dr. Cicatello! She's highly sought after, and she is very thorough with patient care. A lot of times, parents or patients really want more explanation on diagnosis and therapy - and Dr. Cicatello takes the time to assess and treat. She never rushes you and your child out of the office, so sessions can run late, but believe you me, you feel reassured and supported. I applaud her and her staff."

"Whenever I come in I come in early. They make you wait over an hour. People come in late and are still seen so it pushes everyone else's back. They overbook appointments. If it's one time I could understand but every single time it's absolutely unacceptable. After speaking up an hour later. They said she is too far back and it would be another 30-40 mins. She also gave misinformation. I had to do my own research. She is very passive aggressive. I would not recommend to anyone."

"While appointments do sometimes run late- this is because Dr. Cicatello is extremely thorough and takes the time needed with each patient to properly diagnose. As a parent of a young child who was struggling, I appreciated the detailed time she spent with me and my child as opposed to just prescribing meds and diagnosing us with whatever was trending that day. I don't mind waiting so long as my child gets the same attention when our appointment comes up- and we always do!"

"My biggest complaint is that she often times runs very very late for her appointments - often more than an hour sometimes an hour and a half. If you book your appointment for 5pm expect to be seen by 6:30. As a care provider myself I can’t imagine making clients wait 1 1/2 hours for an appointment."
