"Pleased with my experience! I called the day before my mother's birthday for a local delivery, hoping to get something easy and beautiful for her. I asked for the "deal of the day" in the small size, styled like the "cottage days" arrangement. My mother and I are very happy with the way it turned out; the flowers are beautiful, fresh, and there are several buds which my mother is particularly grateful for. It has a nice shape and is overall an elegant arrangement. The price of the flowers and the delivery was not bad by any means, and it was delivered in the early afternoon. Thank you for helping me so I could help my mama feel even more loved on her day!"

"I have used West town Florist several times, and I’ve always been pleased. However, and I mean a big however, today was a different story. The lady was extremely rude from the moment I walked in the door. She could not find the order that was placed three days prior, I apologized for being late to pick it up only to be told that she didn’t have it at all. from that point things escalated quickly, raising her voice and actually pounding on the counter. NEVER again will I use this florist. Less than 1 star"

John Reed I ordered an arrangement of flowers today for my wife. The occasion is Valentine's Day. The arrangement that was delivered was not even close to what I'd ordered. The lady that I spoke with on the phone was not concerned that I didn't receive what I'd ordered. She never offered me a refund nor to bring the correct item to me. Warning... Beware of this business"
