"When u go for appointment in the morning your doctor should call in your meds but u got to wait 24to 48 hours and keep calling them I don't recommend any go to this clinic"
"I was scheduled for a PPD appt for 1pm. I sat for an hour just to receive a PPD shot which takes 30 seconds. The nurses were all on lunch at that time I was told when I finally was taken back to a room. Why schedule a patient to be seen if the required staff isn’t available. No one was apologetic or cared about my inconvenience. This place is very disorganized and has very poor communication. The ladies at the front desk were helpful."
"The kindness of the Dental and billing department is amazing they are always there to help!!! I actually look forward to going to see Dr. Jim in dental he makes me laugh every time. And the ladies in the Billing Department are always so helpful and Kind!!!!"
"There is no option to be transferred to the GYN office. You have to sit on hold for over a half hour for someone to tell you they need to contact GYN before transferring you or that GYN will call you back and ever since they remodeled the GYN office it is like a closet, the place is mobbed. If it weren't for it being so close to home then id move to a new GYN Office."
"Horrible place. Had apt and waited while people coming in after me taken in first. Three hours later they took me to a chair. Waited and waited some more. Two staff members came in and asked why I was there. (???) Strange. Dentist referred me to a place on Jefferson Ave. Said he couldn't help me. As I was leaving, an office women asked I lived in the projects next to them. I said no. I lived in Amherst. She looked at the other women in the office and they called me liar. As I left the woman called me as I walking down the hallway. I ignored them. Never ever go back. My teeth will rit before I go back. Went to Aspen dental and they were fantastic!!"
