"From the time we arrived until we left everything was great. Our waiter was very professional. His name is Joe and he’s very vibrant, upbeat, entertaining and does his job very well. The food was defined and wait time was minimal."

"Customer service was awesome and our waiter was on point. The decor is nice and the place is clean. Food wasn’t bad, it was just ok. My mom and I got some boils and fried scallops, then my sister had the fried fish basket with a side of shrimp fried rice. The boils were fresh but lacked flavor, scallops were good but too small. Fried fish/fries were crispy and decent according to my sis, she barely ate the rice and didn’t like that the tails were still on the shrimp. We also didn’t enjoy the alcoholic drinks we had. I would try this place again though for a boil and probably ask for double the sauce and up the spice level."

"I've eaten at several restaurants that specialize in seafood boils, but none as excellent as Aloha Krab. The food was perfectly seasoned and the portions were big. The atmosphere was great, too, with a good variety of music and a very well-kept and clean space. Equally as fantastic as the food was the service. Everyone was welcoming and pleasant but our waiter--Eros-- went over and above all night. He was personable and made every guest feel like he was glad they were there. This restaurant needs to be on everyone's list of places to visit in Syracuse."
