"This company poses a significant safety hazard to residents in the Hoskins area. The train often blocks roads, sitting completely still for 30 minutes or longer. I am concerned for residents who may suffer a medical episode but emergency officials are not able to access them due to CSX trains sitting and blocking the road."

"If it's raining it's going to be "Lake Hovis" so wear your boots not your sandals. If it's not raining you may not be able to see from the dust. Also don't wash your truck before you come. Follow the rules or you're going to be banned. Cut your zip ties, park where you should, stay off the ramp... basically common sense stuff."
