"This location was once a good, affordable, informative practice. I no longer want to be seen here. The receptionists are combative, talk over you, and disrespectful. They are able to offer services at a lower cost by having interns see you. They are never up to date on your issues, and don't bother to read your chart prior to your appointment (which is often 2+ weeks away from your request date. I was sent to a dietician who cost me $100 for a 20 min over the phone apt. She heard my concerns, read my case, and asked me why I was referred to her? I then did my own research and found Dr. Paul Salindino on YouTube. Following his videos, I have lost 40 lbs since March of 23'. I'm now training karate and run my own business. The last Dr. that treated me well was Dr.Mendoza. He listened to me, offered effective solutions, and treated me like a human being. Now, it feels like you're a burden. You're no different than cattle and a number. I now need to find a new primary care practice. I do not trust the level of patient care, treatment, and respect of this place."
"Communication for patients to staff, doctors and billing ...nearly non-existent. Call collective 30+ in a 6 month period for 2 issues that should have been an easy fix. Used MyChart and that is another headache for proper responses."
