"Their professional team just delivered my couch this morning. They were efficient & it couldn’t have gone smoother. The company I ordered my couch from had some issues on their end, so for a while - I had to call JB Hunt to see if they’d received my couch. This issue wasn’t their fault, but they were so kind and accommodating on the phone. Each time I called, they’d taken notes so I didn’t need to repeat my situation. Really polite and friendly customer service team as well. Now to go lay back down on my new couch!"
"I had the worst installation experience of a major appliance with this company. They are either severely understaffed due COVID or having issues retaining staff with brains. I’m very thankful my purchase is protected by Costco’s return policy. Without going into details I’m refusing the purchase due to terrible communication between Whirlpool and HB Hunt which Whirlpool hired to deliver and install. Hopefully someone from the “upper” management is reading this."
"Really need too paid driver there worth. Driver or Fleet managers need too respect all experience drivers. Not just the one that been working for their company. The company itself need too get better overall. Better spec tractors, overall paid, better least expensive benefits, and respect of drivers. If they once again want too be leaders of the transportation industry."
