"Beautiful condo, beautiful view and spotless!!! The only thing it could use is more comfortable living room furniture…but I am older with knee and back issues. The master bed was very comfortable!!! I would give this a 4.7 if I could."

"We recently returned from a week and St Augustine and stayed at Barefoot Trace. The property is very well maintained and had all the conveniences of home. We prefer renting condos instead of hotels for the additional space and full kitchen. We don't need daily maid service, and frankly, how many hotels offer that anymore? We will definitely return to St Augustine and Barefoot Trace. All the units are ocean front, sunrise and sunset photos."

"Rented a condo twice this summer from BT. 10 days and then another week. Loved it! Both condos were nicely furnished and comfortable. BT itself is well kept and quiet. Nice pool and close to the beach. Will defintely stay again!"

"We stayed in unit 206. Condo was beautiful. Loved the proximity to the pool and the beach. Everything was great, only suggestion would be to change the shower head. Spray was very powerful. We have rented with Coastal in the past and will continue to in the future. The staff and properties are great. Great vacation"

"We had the best stay! Our #314 condo had the best views of the ocean, sunrise, and common grounds! It was just gorgeous! It was on the end of the complex away from the pool, so it was quiet and calm. It was so easy to park and unload with an elevator near and public rolling carts for your things. Our condo was clean and had great furnishings, as well as many extras - pack n play, high chair, kids toys, games, extra blankets, plenty of towels, laundry baskets, box fan, etc. This condo location is easy to get to grocery and some restaurant options. Without having to go into downtown. We utilized Door Dash, GrubHub, and cooked in the condo - that was so nice. It rained all week -- The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a Smart TV. The TV was old, the cable was poor quality and without many kid friendly channels. I realize that doesn't seem like a priority but when you are confined to the condo during consecutive raining days, with little kids -- it would have been so nice! There is not enough to say about the location and access to the most incredible beach front. Our little girl LOVED the wide open beach with kid-friendly tide and tide pools. I didn't have to worry about how quickly she would be too deep in the ocean, the beach is vast and flat! It was so perfect. If you have kids, this beach and the reduced number of people per sq ft was pure GOLD! It is worth it. Room to play, room to run... it was the perfect beach for walking, running, and bike riding as a family too! The pool was a great size and accommodated multiple families at a time. We will definietly be returning again. We are very thankful for the great stay! (except all the rain-- every day! ha)"
