"I wish I could put in a negative review. I ordered a birthday delivery for my Moms bday on 12/29 and she works at the hospital. I placed the order and it had me select (hospital, school, business etc) and because it’s a hospital where she works so that’s what I selected. That day I called every hour and was on hold for 15mins each time and no one would answer so I could make sure it was delivered by 5pm. It wasn’t delivered until 5:47 and her clinic already closed. I was told it was cancelled and the next day they tried to deliver it again. They won’t refund me and said it wasn’t delivered by 5pm because I didn’t select business. How was I supposed to know that. It’s frustrating"

"I ordered chocolate dipped fruit which went bad within 24 hours. I called the store to tell them directly before making a review to see if they would offer a resolution. They did not. Very disappointed. Will never order from here again. Other stores have not had this issue."

"I ordered a large fruit tray online. They charged me almost $130. The worst product I’ve ever purchased. It is not worth even a penny I spent for it. What makes this experience with the Edible a nightmare for me is the rude and very unprofessional customer service manager from the Winston Salem office. I asked for a refund and did not pick up my order. They did not made a refund and instead sent me a confirmation email stating that I have already picked it up. I never waste my time and money for their low quality and lousy- made products ever again. What they show on their website is completely different from what they put on the counter as the final product, while they have an awful customer service."

"Update on 8/20/2023 3 yrs after my first review, I'm sad to report there's been no changes with the quality for the Winston-Salem, NC location. My employees ordered an arrangement for me & again, it included rotten fruit. As you'll see from the photos, definitely not how you'd want a birthday gift to show up. I can not bring myself to tell them not to order this anymore because they're so excited, but it's just a HUGE waste of $ because 70% of the fruit gets thrown in the trash. Until this location is able to train their employees properly on what is rotten & not rotten, I recommend either making your own or going to a different location in a different city. Don't waste your $ ordering anything edible from the Winston-Salem, NC location, it'll be disappointing, unfortunately. How embarrassing! ‐-----------------------‐---------------------- The review below was written in 2020 I wish I was writing a different review, but unfortunately, the gift box I received for my birthday was well beyond horrible. How do you tell the person that sent it to you that it was absolutely terrible & the fruit was literally rotten & inedible? My employees ordered me a gift box because I've spoken very highly of Edible Arrangements in the past, but I'm now wondering if that only applied to the Phoenix locations we'd purchased from. Now, to be fair, they tried to deliver Monday afternoon, but we weren't home, so we picked it up Tuesday. Needless to say, the fruit wouldn't have gone bad that quickly. It was already rotten when they stuck it in the box. I used to buy arrangements just to have at home because the fruit was so delicious, but that was not the case for this fruit. Definitely will not be sending arrangements to any colleagues, that's for sure. Super disappointed"

"I will never come to this place ever again!!! The girl that was in the front at the register with the greenish blue hair was VERY VERY rude….. my man purchased $80 box of chocolate covered strawberries, and the strawberries were very rotten. All we wanted was our money back and they refused to do so. Lied and said they would get a manager but the whole time the manager was there and wouldn’t do anything!!!"
