"Called to place a last minute sympathy arrangement and I am just so happy with the speed of the service, the actual arrangement, and the helpful customer service I received from, Heather. She helped me make a quick decision, while also making some wonderful recommendations on what I could do to change it in order to make the arrangement look more masculine! I, as well as the family, are super happy with the arrangement! Every other florist told me no because they “didn’t have the time,” but you all did so thank you for saying yes and getting this done for me last minute! Amazing thank you again!!"

"I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I felt the need to give a few MUCH deserved compliments regarding my most recent purchase from Bo-Ty Walker (we send a lot of flowers to our clients). Firstly, the arrangement….the absolute most beautiful flowers I have ever bought, received, or seen. Everything in the arrangement went together perfectly and is just stunning. And also I must mention, the person who received them absolutely adores them as well. And secondly and most importantly, the lady that answered my call and helped me with my order, her name is Heather, and she was the most pleasant, sweet, and patient lady, who also had an amazing sense of humor. She joked around with me, made me laugh, all the while managing to stay 100% professional and just oh so kind, which made my ordering experience just that much better! Her energy and personality is just beautiful and I enjoyed it so much! Thank you all for everything and Bo-Ty will forever be our first and ONLY choice with all of our florist needs, since my place of employment sends a lot of arrangements, which I have to keep confidential on here, but GOOD JOB to Heather and everyone at Bo-Ty Walker. "This is a terrible florist to choose!!! The flowers are droopy, wilted some of the stems were broken and look in need of immediate medical attention if there were a such thing for flowers. The manager is rude, incompetent and extremely unprofessional. When I called to let them know their flowers looked unacceptable the manager practically bit my head off instead of being polite and pleasant to rectify the situation. The flowers were not for me but a coworker who was not present when they arrived but anyone could see they were not fresh or something anyone would want. The delivery person on one occasion (which I believe that night was the manager) is obnoxious and borderline crazy. She actually had the audacity to have an angry disposition because she had to make a delivery close to their closing time although the young lady gets flowers delivered every week from them. No doubt she was more than happy to take the money for the purchase. She actually had the nerve to call back to my place of employment and told a coworker that I was not welcome to ever order flowers from there as if her banishment was some sort of punishment from a place I would never think of ordering from after seeing their “arrangement”. I will advise the buyer that orders from them weekly to find a more appreciative and respectful florist for his future purchases."

"I want to thank the Bo-Ty Walker floral designer Tabitha for the incredible work she did for my daughter’s wedding. She really listened to her vision and created exquisite designs that fully realized that vision. Although it was not “standard” wedding fare, the beauty, delicacy and textures of her designs were perfect for the venue and the mood. The lovely palette of local wildflowers collected in loose arrangements outshined anything a hothouse could have produced. Also, the delivery and setup could not have been better. Thank you!"
