"I ordered casket spray for my husband and a small rosebud for his lapel. Theresa sent a rose as big as my fist for the lapel.so sad ! Also the spray had huge white and huge PINK roses AFTER i specifically told her he did not like roses. I specified that i wanted GREEN , WHITE, a touch of YELLOW and ONLY add A few of the TINY WHITE (roses) with hints of PINK in them. They were about the size of a quarter. I had many negative remarks about the Spray. I paid $446.00 for this spray that was made for a woman NOT A MAN. When i tried to talk to her about ut. She became very irate and unprofessional.....like how dare i not be happy with her"
