"Way above and beyond expectations!! I sent flowers to a friend at a rather remote location. After trying to reach the destination, they were unable to deliver the Bouquet so they called me. I felt defeated being unable to get the arrangement to my friend. Making a long story short “Personal touch florist” spent nearly two hours of their time and 60 miles worth of their gas to help me put a smile on my friends face. Makes me wish I had more friends in the area to send flowers with the help of Personal Touch Florest. Above and beyond for sure."

I ordered online and maybe that's why I expected something bigger. Although beautiful flowers it was just a small bouquet for the 90$ price tag"
