"Giving a 1 star because I can't give O stars. I ordered a floral arrangement on Jan 30th to be delivered on Jan 31 to Fort liberty. On the Dale's Florist website it said it delivered to Fort Liberty and could be delivered with next day delivery. These 2 reasons alone were the exact reasons why I chose to order from Dale's florist. By 2pm on 31 Jan the order still had not been delivered. I emailed the email address provided and called them at 3p to inquire about the order. The lady in the phone was very polite, but stated they do not deliver to Fort Liberty. THE WEBSITE SAYS THEY DO. So they need to update that. She took my info and said she'd call me back. I called back about 45 minutes later to see if they could just deliver to an off post address. At which time, she informed me they canceled and refunded my order. This is so insanely UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY. Why cancel the order instead of trying to rectify the situation ESPECIALLY since I called back with a second address that they could deliver to. No attempt whatsoever was made to accommodate the order. Reasons like this are why small businesses are not supported. They really waited until the end, when I called, to tell me this and to cancel the order. If they would have called first thing in the morning - I would at least have a chance to find another place to deliver during the day. So extremely unacceptable. I'm livid at this. Poor customer service, false advertising, etc. Big corporations get sued all the time for false advertising. You'd think small business would be a bit better about things like this, I'm sure they cannot afford to be sued."
"I called to change delivery address and the additional comments and the gentleman hung up on me and then I called back and was told he didn’t understand what I was saying and that they were older and couldn’t hear. I replied well I wasn’t informed of that and hanging up on a paying customer how does that help. She replied we received your order it will be taken care of and hung up! “They have just lost my business “"
"I am from out of state and ordered from online. Honestly I didn't read the reviews until after and saw the imbalance of reviews so I held my breath. But my order was delivered on time and the arrangement was what was advertised and beautiful. The receiver loved them."
"I made arrangements with Ms Dale to prepare 4 full floral arrangements. I paid extra for full flowers. She delivered the flowers late. She added cheaper and non relevant flowers to the arrangements. The arrangements looked like they were for a funeral . I and the customer was displeased. She kept saying the flowers she had did not look good so she went with what she had. She did not accept any responsibility or try and make the situation right. She became argumentive. Be careful"
"I ordered the EXQUISITE Best Day Bouquet from ProFlowers (the best/biggest option for that style). The description noted an approximate size of 19”x17”. I was looking for large and beautiful, as this was a gift for someone graduating from a Doctoral Nursing program. I received a tiny bouquet of flowers, approximately 14”x12”, with only 3 roses, 3 lilies (2 of which were broken and wilted), and 2 sunflowers (both of which were missing petals). This is the most pathetic bouquet of flowers I have ever purchased or received. I am highly disappointed and it saddens me that this is what this special person will receive. Had I known this was which florist would have fulfilled my order, I wouldn’t have ordered it. This bouquet wasn’t worth half of what I paid for it."
