"I have been trying for the past month to get a physical and ppd. I’ve been turned away every time I’ve came. Although the woman did apologize for the inconvenience. Something has happened everytime I’ve gone to be seen. The last time I came to Harvested house it was apprx. 10 am there was a woman standing in the door to turn me away. She said the physicians had left early because no patients had shown up. The 2nd time I went she took 5 pts in the first 15 minutes of the doors being opened and said she could not take anymore. And today I go at 10am she tells me she can’t see me because the patient she had required special care. (Not being selfish) but it seems like it’s always an excuse when I go to been seen. I almost feel as though I’m singled out. Most places require you to pay for a physical and ppd if you don’t have a primary care physician and this is the only place that doesn’t. I cannot return to work without it. I’m beyond annoyed"

"You need a referall (which you can get from social worker, wic or pediatrician/primary) but this place is amazing. They have everything. They do it on a first come, first serve basis so if you need a big item like a car seat, stroller or high chair, your best bet would be to come early during their specific client days/hours. Those days and hours are listed on their website in case you can't find them anywhere else. The people that work here are generally very nice and will help you with any questions you have. If it's not too busy, they won't really rush you but if there's a lot of people, they have to keep on schedule so they might check in and remind you there's not much time. Any issues I've ever experienced here were completely worth it because your kids get what they need for free. I love this place."
