"Awful service from the office staff. When in for a annual physical, the P.A. asked questions that supposedly were outside of the scope of the annual physical and upon answering the P.A.'s questions, I was billed for separate services. Very misleading and the staff were very unapologetic about the whole situation. This was my first visit and I will never use Dr. Fasenello's office again. For what it is worth, Dr. Fasenello himself was very responsive and helpful when I did need to contact him about a separate medical issue, however the P.A. and staff that I have dealt with were very problematic."

"Been having health issues for years now still have no answers. Use to be a couple months of a wait to be seen which is fine because right now thats how it is for ever doctor. But they took on double the patients and now i was told they are booked for the next year. To busy trying to make as much money as possible to actually help. Polite staff and doctor but more concerned about the $ than anything."
