"Pretty sure they delivered my $200 optic to the wrong address, and I got this wack delivery photo. This is the second time something like this has happened. Get your stuff together."

"This shipping facility has now lost a 8’x10’ rug we ordered and delivered multiple packages to the wrong address. They even took a picture of the package in front of the wrong house. Yet again this ground facility has delivered another package to the wrong address with a picture. This FedEx has now lost over $4k worth of shipments. I have physically gone up to this facility and talked with the staff (who we’re understanding). They said their map system doesn’t work properly and this is why our packages get lost. FedEx please go evaluate this facility and fix the problems. We just talked we a Ms. Chalene Blue at the Raeford Ground Facility. She was amazing, she and the driver checked the locations from the route but never found them. She called us at 9:15pm to let us know. She also gave us a solution for delivery."

"I can honestly say I've never had such a bad Fedex. If something is coming via fedex I can 100% guarantee it will come damaged. Over the last 2 weeks all but 3 of my boxes have been split open, damaged, crushed, ect."

"I live in Rockingham and all FedEx packages leave from this office to get to this city and I(and everyone else i know) am lucky to receive 1/10 of the packages that leave from this office. This has to be some of the sorriest people. Its almost like it is a side hustle to steal packages from their customers since no liability ever falls on them."

"I didn't want to give any stars. 7/9/22 9am, the short female supervisor from Raeford NC FedEx site delivered my packages. She left my package far away from my front door and didn't bother to knock on my door. On 7/11/22 at 9 am, a short male employee left my packages on the stairs far away from my front door. He didn't knock on my door either. I am disabled. I feel that the employees at the Raeford NC FedEx need work on their customer service skills. Every time a FedEx employee from this site delivers a package to my place they never put my packages near my door. The female supervisor who sometimes delivers my packages, always has an attitude delivering my package. UPS has way better service than FedEx and USPS."
