"I'm a bit torn on this review. I had called about a product they had for sale and had a wonderful experience on the phone with a friendly conversation that ended in a decent price for the product, however I live about an hour away and on Thursday I decided to make the drive to purchase said item. Arrived at 10:30ish and the store was closed(google says 9am is when they open, and they say that in another response to a review). Decided to grab lunch in the area since I came all that way and tried coming again an hour later and they were still closed. I wish their was some answering machine set up to inform customers that they are not currently open during what should be normal business hours. I understand if family emergencies or something happens, but that is not something I assume ahead of time before visiting a business during normal business hours. Wouldn't be as big a deal if it weren't for me living far away, but I reccomend others try calling to confirm they are open the day you plan to shop here."
