"I didn’t choose R&L Carriers for delivery; the shipper did. I was worried about my delivery after reading reviews. However, I had the best experience with R&L Carriers Lumberton. From pickup to delivery, it took just three days to go from IN to NC. While the delivery was in route to NC, the dispatcher contacted me to schedule for next day delivery. The driver, Phillip Annette, called me when he was 20 minutes out to let me know that he was on his way. The delivery window was between 11am and 5pm. Phillip arrived just after 11am. He managed to skillfully get his 18 wheeler around the cul-de-sac and delivered the skid directly to my carport. Phillip was the kindest delivery driver. Once I told him what was on the skid and how important it was to me, he was very happy for me. Thank you, Mr. Phillip, for the service with a smile."
