"Unpredictable, not consistent,as a Transport Driver out of Atlanta Highly stressful. Pay not Great, All Management recently fired. They have forgotten to pay, equipment may run."
"This company is not ideal if you care about your mental health. I worked at college park terminal for over 2 yrs and under amazing leadership of SR Manager and Driver Manager(whom of which were wrongly terminated). Summer of this year the company chose to restructure causing many employees to be laid off or demoted. In Aug I contacted HR to report a teammate for threatening my life and trying to assault me. Of course an investigation was launched and management was fired before a proper investigation could be held on my initial complaint. They didn’t honor my complaint and I even had the police involved. Craig Childress is the regional director and a snake and he doesn’t care about drivers well-being or their concerns. In order to save himself he let his best manager in the region take the fall for an operation he signed off on. I was later targeted and after filing a complaint through HR and fired for not “adhering to company policy.” I was never shown the policy that I supposedly broke. This company picks and chooses when the policy is enforced. And they have yet to pay me for the last 2 days I was employed with them. So if you want to work and not get paid or barely get paid as a full time driver and still have FT benefits being deducted out of your check this is NOT the place to be! They preach about values and respect but having worked for this company and seeing as to how myself and many others were treated, I strongly advise to find another place of employment. It’s not worth it. They cannot keep customers and have zero freight to keep the drivers they have gainfully employed. They haul the cheapest freight possible for pennies on the dollar and you barely gross over 1k a week as a shuttle driver unless your transport. Steer Clear of this company!"
"In orientation we were told we could cash out vacation. That should be terminated or quit once it's shows vacation time but they alledgely take back anything they give you. 7-9 drivers were terminated and nobody was able to get their vacation pay but alledgely stated that that you couldn't get your vacation pay after job ending. REDCLASSIC IT'S REALLY A SHAME NOT TO PAY PEOPLE AFTER The instructor alledgely stated it . We earned our VACATION. THANKS"
"My company has been hauling for Red Classic for about 2 months now. Great group of professionals at every location thus far. I can’t see how someone wouldn’t want to work for Coke. There are bad apples no matter where you work. Seems like some good folk overall."
"-Assigned Mack truck spacious for one person with great performance features, Bluetooth connection, Inverter with wall plug outlets, people-net with navigation, Prepass and a mini refrigerator. -No fuel location restrictions but preferably Coca-Cola terminals, Love's, Pilot and TA/Petros. -No inward facing camera. -Free Coca-Cola drink products terminals. -Company perks on uniforms and accessories. I admit things started out rough with my 1st coordinator quitting my first week. My new coordinator being fairly new and both of us learning together. Safety in following distance and speed is extremely important driving here. Orientation was 4 days and hotel is single occupancy. **If you are a driver and have any questions just send me a message."
