"Can't get in touch from anyone from this facility as the phone number listed is a toll free one that connects you with some foreigner who can't speak English and is probably located in some other country and who also could not tell me anything or do anything or get me anyone who could actually help."

"I'm sorry that I have to leave this review. However, I have not gotten any help or information from any representative of UPS. UPS driver attempted delivery on 11/14/23 at 1:16 PM. (I have video proof that they attempted delivery. Also, driver left no note on my door stating that he had attempted delivery.) Tracking indicates, on 11/14/23 at 6:50 PM, that the street number is incorrect. THAT IS NOT ACCURATE. Again, I have video proof that the driver attempted delivery. IT IS NOW 11/17/23 and no one - UPS phone customer service or local UPS "Access Point" - knows where my package is at and driver has not attempted re-delivery. I would just like to know where my package is at. Is it still on the truck? Is it in the UPS hub? Is it at a UPS Access Point. Someone, please help!!!!"

"I moved and got a notification that a package was being delivered to my old address. When trying to change the address, the automated system was absolutely no help and when I did finally get someone on the phone, there was nothing they could do to stop the delivery, cancel the delivery, or change to new address. I about lost my mind trying to repeat myself to the automated system with no way around it to talk to a representative. This was an incoming package. Based on this experience, I will never send anything outgoing through UPS!"

"I drove an hour to pick up my packages and the doors were locked. I talked to a lady and she was not sure what time the location closed. She did not know whether it was 6 pm or 6:30 pm. There is no way to contact the location and the UPS Customer Service kept giving me the run around because they did not know either. Online, it says the location closes a 6:30 pm so when I arrived at 6:10 pm, I should have been able to get my packages. I paid almost 20 dollars to get my packages held for pickup. If the hours say 6:30 pm, the location should be open until then. I am going to need my fees waived or I am going to need some gas money for this wasted trip. Gas is way too high to be doing this. I have never had this issue with FedEx."
