"We could not be more pleased with the staff and service. Everyone makes us, and our dog Addy, feel welcome and important. Dr. Fontaine has been terrific - thorough, a good listener, kind to Addy. The staff is simply wonderful. Addy is a nervous girl but everyone there goes out of their way to shower her with love and attention. This is the only place we have been able to board her without worry that she would be overcome with anxiety. We gladly recommend the hospital and kennel to anyone. The genuine care and concern shown for Addy at all times is heartwarming and very much appreciated."

"I have been a client at BHVH for over 25 years....I can truly say that the staff here is kind, responsive and dedicated.... They offer same day appointments if I call at 8AM...This is very important to me....In addition they are open until noon on Sunday mornings.. The staff here has provided excellent care to my over a dozen, mostly senior, rescued springer spaniels, and have been attentive, kind and compassionate when the inevitable end of life issues arose....
