When I asked him to explain what it is and what is going on, he seemed very annoyed by it. As a new mom with my first baby, I was very concerned and didn't trust his dry "it's fine" without an explanation on what "it" was. Every time my kids go and they ask if I want a specific doctor, if Dr. Ellis isn't available, I say "anyone but Dr. Lana.""
