"I have been with Dr Reuben since for awhile and most of his staff is kind but the nurse there Pamela m who is a lpn I called today after being seen in the 18 when a doctor filling in for my doctor wrote a prescription that I told her doesn't ever work that if she went back in my chart it is all documented and a steroid for my COPD that had been flared up because I have a sinus infection she then told me i needed to COVID tested which i did it was negative she yelled at me abd told me i needed to take Another in and i did refuse to take another one i told her when i called first thing in the morning i wanted to be seen as a sick visit she told me no was avail now for a sick visit cause the took three hours to do a phone visits.after that she told me I needed to do a chest x-ray and take Mucinex which I have been taking a long with Tylenol and ibuprofen for almost two weeks it says to stop right on the box after two weeks she told me that I should go to urgent care which my insurance doesn't cover and only supposed to use the ER and urgent care of you doctor is not open so I went and looked at my summary that they billed my insurance for a conversation and she put all kinds of lies in there i never asked to ve COVID tested never asked for a chest x-ray and i never refused any of it and never refused to be seen I was asking repeatedly to be seen as was being denied so I wrote back a response saying I never said that and it took me four days to get a medicine that I needed filled cause my doctor is out on a medical and whoever is filling in isn't doing there job the doctor they have filling in couldn't even write my scripts cause when i got to the pharmacy to pick up they said she didn't have the certificate to write scripts for people in state insurance so that took a whole day for them to find a doctor that could write the script they are documenting all this under my doctor's name as he is writing and seeing me all this time and he is not I have had to deal with this all in the course of two weeks and i am still dealing with it now and i am filing paperwork with the state board of health for an investigation as this is absolutely crazy and then I spoke to a doctor who called me back after I wrote my messages back and said that she can now see me for a sick visit cause i said I was contacting the health board I am also seeing my pulmonologist in the morning because they refused to see me 12/30/23 I want to let everyone know now I would not use this doctors office the doctor Patty has me a letter telling me to find a new doctor when she isn't my doctor at all because she didn't agree with a medication my primary doctor had wrote and I didn't want her to change it and she did and then I went for my yearly and I was standing in line to check in they cancelled my appointment I then went home and a week later received the letter they are supposed to continue my care till the 26th and I called Friday to talk witha nurse after sending a message that told me to call the office and no one ever picked up so I call on call this morning and they basically told me they were not going to treat my sinus infection that I have to wait till Tuesday till the office opens up and I have never had an issue getting an antibiotic from an in call doctor till now this office and the doctors in here are terrible and the office staff is just as rude and unprofessional as the doctors"

After all that I met with Janet who could not have been more kind. I don’t do well with Doctor visits and she just made me feel so relaxed, she was just amazing!!!"
