"I saw Her for years starting at 17. I liked her for a long time, then one day there was a student doctor in and I was telling her something I’d been experiencing and she made a joke about me not being to have children in front of him my fiancé and I. I had just lost a baby with my partner and it was super shocking and traumatic to experience this at an ENDO I’ve been seeing since I was a child basically. It seems insanely unprofessional for someone that works with young trans kids and those with hormonal disorders. I for a long time didn’t want to make a review but my life has taken a violent spiral after I had to switch providers, and I feel like people should be informed especially those who plan to take their children here. It is a huge life altering process that needs to be handled with care and having a good relationship with a provider you can see over time is important. Not to even mention the reviews clearly from people at this practice or related to them, shouldn’t need fake reviews if you’re so “conscientious.”"

Their receptionist has no buisness dealing with the general public. after repeating informarion 3 times, amd her seriously giving me odd information I didnt need to knkw such as the system that she uses to look up info..she went on to ask me where I lived in regards to the doctor my dsughter currently sees. I said "I don't understand why you need to knkw this" she says " I know where xxxx town is but I dont know where Xxx is. At this point my patience went oyt the window. I asked her id she wanted the geographical location". She felt thretened by my question amd hung up on me. REDICULOUS. twilight zone."
