"I've always ordered from this company. However we're not happy with our last order; we absolutely cannot get rid of all the folds in the 12 ft carpet. The whole hall has been filled with heavy objects on them, nothing works. Now I need to return it ''packed'' or keep the carpet with a $23 credit. Woopee. Sux. They always were awesome... :("
