"Currently a patient at PA in Liverpool. Joined with Pediatric Assoc. because I had heard great things and they came recommended, but I’ve had growing disappointment and increasingly unhappy over the course of being patients. The front desk/reception staff are always short on patience and have an attitude like I’m interrupting them from conversation or doing something better; also, being 5 minutes late for an appointment never warrants providing shame and being condescending. Please take weekly empathy and genuine support training and find another positive way to communicate policy on being timely or find new staff that actually want to be around people and want to support parents and patients. Mara has been the only receptionist that was kind. The other staff seem bitter, burned out and resentful for the inconvenience of doing their job or saying something they’ve had to say before. Appointments always give me the feeling that I’m asking too many questions, I worry too much and leave me feeling less and less confident in my childs’ health and the treatment received. I felt rushed, even unsupported. Honestly hoping that they can make some improvements or we may leave the practice."

"I do not recommend bringing your children here. The front desk staff typically has an attitude and their hours are not very accommodating. I’m addition, my daughter recently was running a fever of 104 and I called the on-call physician and did not receive a call back for 3 hours later. I ended up bringing my daughter to the emergency room and it turns out that she had covid. If you can bring your children elsewhere, I would."

"I can't say enough about this practice. Dr. Weaver saved my child's life and I won't be bringing my boys to anyone else until she's retired. They're quick, efficient and they CARE!! Dr. Weaver even came to the hospital to visit us on her off hours just to support my child. Words will never be able to express my gratitude towards her and Pediatric Associates... Whichever office you visit!"
