"Often don’t have prescriptions ready 3 days after they are ordered ‘Need to call prescriber’ medication you cannot just stop"

"Waited 15 minutes on line before deciding to leave before risking me late for an appointment while there was still a line of people in front of me, mostly purchasing items and not even picking up prescriptions. One cashier two registers and one employee trying yet failing to hide behind the stack of medications and failing. GREAT customer service guys definitely really helpful. Unfortunately will have to go without my medication tonight and try AGAIN tommorrow. Definitely switching my pharmacy after this."

"Terrible pharmacy I needed to speak to a pharmacist. I called five times in succession and kept getting put on hold. No one picked up the phone. Finally I gave up. I have used this pharmacy for several years and had found the pharmacist to be very helpful. The current staff should be fired. However in the future, I’m not going to put myself through the torture of trying to fill prescriptions here. I will find somewhere else."

"Terrible customer service at this CVS pharmacy! The RX manager (a blonde asian lady) is rude and does not want to help customers who come to pick up medication out of health necessities and not pleasure. I’ve picking up my medication at this location for the past 4 years and never had any problems picking up my medication or having to deal with the nasty attitudes of a pharmacist. The exception is this time around with the current staff. CVS needs to seriously train their pharmacist how to be civil and humane. I would not recommend this pharmacy!"

"Very nice and stayed opened a late to fill my prescription. Helped me get better soon. They knew I need the medicine and waited for my prescription to come in and filled it for me. Best pharmacy ever and nicest most polite people ever."
