"The people working at the pharmacy are so disgusting. They have no idea how to communicate with others. I had a bad experience yesterday when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. I called the pharmacy today to asked a question and she kept cutting me off. Nasty attitude and very dismissive. No matter how the day is going, having a positive attitude is essential while interacting with the public. I would never return to this place."

"I recently had a disappointing experience with CVS’s same-day pickup service for pictures. I placed an order at 11 a.m. for a 1 p.m. pickup, but never received a confirmation. Despite calling the pharmacy three times between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., no one answered. Upon visiting at 6 p.m., I discovered that the order was listed as printed but not found due to a broken printer. I transferred the order to another CVS the next day and picked it up successfully. Shockingly, 24 hours later, I received an automated call saying my order was ready for pickup. This frustrating ordeal highlighted issues with their tracking system and customer service. Improvement in these areas is much needed."

"Prescription Department is overworked, overwhelmed and understaffed. Prescription line often has awful wait times. Front pay (non-prescription) area is usually understaffed and the staff pushes customers to use the self pay kiosks. Still, the store does have a wide selection of grocery, cleaning, self-care and oftentimes needed miscellaneous items. The general store is open 24/7. Prices on sale are reasonable. However, prices at CVS are definitely high compared to other local stores. But, you pay for the 24/7 convenience. I belong to their membership club to get free priority shipping for prescriptions…great way to skip the lines. I keep coming back."
