"We are not the first to receive a box that is not at our address, it has already been delivered to a neighbor's address ten times, he also delivered a pallet to the neighbor and they were able to deliver it, so we decided that they would redeliver and charge for it 177 dollars, despite the fact that they tried to deliver it not to us, but to a neighbor. I have never met such a company that worked incompetently. UPS, R+L, T-Force and other companies we have never had such problems as constantly with FedEx - to be honest, we do not use the services of this company, but it turns out that the sender delivers directly, and now we will demand from the sender Do not contact this irresponsible company. I don’t write reviews just on trifles, but we are already tired of it, because dozens of boxes come to us every day. and thus every delivery from Fedex is always a problem"

"Every time I have an order that uses FedEx, it is always late! I have never had a package delivered on its promised date. Not just during holidays, but throughout the year. The Mills River, NC location especially! I ordered an item that was promised by this past Saturday. It is now Wednesday with no hopes for it being delivered today either even though it says out for delivery! Not sure what the problem is, but this issue needs to be brought up during a management meeting...if they have those."

"Why does FedEx have such a hard time delivering simple packages when UPS, USPS, Amazon, etc. are always on time? When FedEx delivers food, wine, perishables in general, I am usually disappointed. They changed my address to the Dollar General! I've been sitting at home waiting since 7:30 AM!! We pay to have our packages delivered to our house. Not 3 miles away at the Dollar General. On top of that it wasn't even there! And it's not here! So much waste because FedEx is so slack. One star is generous."

"Must be laziest driver on our route- either our driveway is too dangerous for their truck (although it's flat and no other delivery driver has issues) or our residence isn't safe to leave a package due to theft (it's the only house around and we've never had a theft) or no one is home (even though no package is signature required and my disabled mom is actually home 24/7). They never call or leave a bite when a package isn't delivered. Been trying to find a way to call then but alas no hope. So fed up with this location."

"I was here because they stood me up on a time scheduled delivery of a $9k item. I took a vacation day off work for the scheduled delivery. I called to confirm that morning they said yes on time. 2 hrs late I call it's not being delivered today that it was never even loaded on the truck, they say reschedule delivery. I just drove 2.5 hours to the terminal round trip to get my package only to discover how bad they had butchered my package. The guy just jammed it into the side rails at an angle because it was a long package, ended up stuck in the pallet and was just gonna drag it off until I stopped him and told him how expensive it was. Then got another forklift to get his forklift unstuck. A couple of fork straps and it would have been a breeze. It's probably not his fault that he isn't trained properly. They should at a minimum return my delivery charge. They never even delivered it. I have never had good luck or service with FedEx with expensive items."
