"Attempted to obtain compression stockings, which apparently they do not stock. The clerk at the pharmacy counter just stared at me with big attitude as if I was intruding on her. Since the last customer had left I figured I would approach because she was just standing there and didn’t appear busy. When I gave her the paper she gave it back to me; “we don’t have that here.” I guess she was mad that I bothered her. Most of the people here have bad attitudes and the customer service suffers for it."

"CVS sucks. The fact that they have to close their pharmacies, to guarantee their employees get a "lunch break", just speaks to the overall pathetic-nature of their management, at both a store level and a pharmacy level. The fact that they do it while you are waiting on line, regardless of how long you have been in line, and regardless of the number of people in line just speaks to apathy. Apathy is a silent killer- retailers beware, you are all suffering from it right now. CVS is lucky that many of us are forced to use them. I am seriously contemplating paying more, and am willing to get less, just to skip the terrible CVS experience. It's just that terrible of an experience... I get that I should, and can, plan my afternoon differently, but at 47, and having grown up in a world where pharmacies are open when the store is open, and people are generally competent, I will continue to expect more. Somehow the entire store doesn't close for 30 minutes... I just refuse to accept this as the new normal; it's not ok. It's pathetic, on the human side, as well as the corporate side. I wouldn't give them a star if they paid me; oh, nevermind, Google makes me give them at least one star to post...."

"The pharmacists were very patient with my insurance, which was causing a lot of issues for the two of us. This CVS has a parking lot that which I’ve never had trouble finding a spot. Very neat."
