"To our surprise after reading the numerous reviews, we were expecting a short term headache dealing with this company. They delivered our couch on the second attempt as our driveway is a bit steep and bigger box trucks than 26’ don’t really fit. There was miscommunication upon the first delivery but quickly changed. The second delivery was made the next business day(Monday) and within the timeframe they said. Both phone calls, one to their Nashville department and the other to the Alcoa department were friendly, professional, and to the point. The guys that delivered it were also friendly and professional. 4/5 due to no communication on the first attempt but content to have gotten our couch within a timely manner without a lot of back and forth."

"This company has been absolutely awful. I ordered a chair from Wayfair 7 months ago. Crosstown has lost the order twice, this last time because they delivered it to the wrong customer. I’ve called no less than 7 times over the last couple of weeks, speaking to a Shannon and a couple ladies. I was promised I would receive a phone call and this would be handled. I’ve yet to receive a call back. I genuinely don’t understand how difficult it is to deliver a chair. I was also told “it’s hard to get drivers to come to my location.” How is that my problem as a customer? Sounds like an issue for management to figure out. Think twice before you order from Wayfair if this company has any involvement. I am a patient person and understand accidents happen, but following up with a customer via phone call to keep them posted is a minimum in customer service, particularly when YOU are the one responsible for the screw up."

"This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! After 2 scheduled deliveries where they no showed no phone call, one delivery where they got here and didn't have the item , a 5drawer chest, on the truck, they finally delivered. The top drawer was broken! Which probably happened as it was shifted around their warehouse , lost, for over 2 weeks! After this I refused the order and got a refund. No one there accepts responsibility it was always blamed on someone else. They scheduled deliveries and never showed and did not care that I had taken off work to be home. No way to do business!!! Again please do not use this company. It will only leave you frustrated and angry!!! I can't imagine how they got 1.7 stars, it should be 0!"

"It’s unfortunate that one is the lowest number available, if possible I would give Crosstown delivery a negative 100!! Two months ago I ordered a mirror from Wayfair. 3 weeks ago Crosstown delivered an 8’x 4’ piece of glass. They took 2 1/2 weeks to come take it off my front porch. After reordering the mirror, Crosstown decided I needed a couch instead. The picture shows the couch. After 5 more days of calling Crosstown I still have no idea when they will come pick the couch up. I was unable to speak with one of the “multiple supervisors” at any time. However Wayfair informed me that if I remove the couch and take it to Goodwill they might “re-charge” me. Funny thing, i never ordered the couch. This is the most PITIFUL customer service ever! BEWARE!!!"

"The ONLY reason they get a 1-star is that I cannot give a zero star. Delivery guys were to be here between 8-12 and never called. We called at 12 and they said they were about 30 minutes out. They showed up at 1:30 and then just put everything in bedroom and left. They were supposed to assemble the bed and they argued with me that they were not supposed to and left. So now I have to assemble it myself"
