"This is definitely not your traditional vet, hence the truck. The wait time is usually very long, and you have to wait outside rain or shine hot or cold. In my experience, the email correspondence has been promt but a bit off-putting. However, they really care for the animals well and provide very good treatment. I have an adult/ senior cat that I'd been taking to a "good vet" since he was a kitten. Come to find out he has a chronic condition they either didn't catch, or didn't Know how to treat & outright chose to ignore. I decided to try Low cost vet mobile. They immediately put my cat on a treatment to properly address the condition. And they have been very good with other treatment and follow up. Overall, the inconveniences are a small price to pay for the level of care my animal received and not to mention the prices are much less in comparison to most if not all vets in the surrounding area. I just hope they are able to get the office up and running soon. Not sure what the situation is with that, but maybe some donations would be helpful."
"Updated.Don’t give “this doctor” your animals. They don’t allow you to visit your pets even when you’re standing near his house. That’s the name of the hospital - it’s a private home. I heard he doesn’t even have a veterinarian’s license, he practiced law, I don’t know how the state allowed it him for work. It’s a pity that I read the recommendations on the Internet, otherwise I wouldn’t have given him my cat. The man doesn’t know how to communicate with people, he’s nervous and rude. He treats people without respect. He threw our cat down the stairs to us just because we asked why you not removed the fluid from the body. Imagine the picture: I come with my daughter to pick up a dead cat (after 5 days of IV drip) and in front of my daughter’s eyes he simply throws the cat down the stairs for us, taking the pad, shouting that it’s my bedding!!!We gave him a clean cat and took him back in a terrible state with dirty paws from the sand lying on a dirty pillow. My daughter began to cry, what are you doing??? he turned around and said: did you come to pick up the cat or did you come to complain? The catheter in his paw was never changed in 5 days!! !He fed cat from a syringe, although another clinic said only through a feeding tube. He didn’t even see that the cat was yellow in skin and demanded fresh tests on the third day of his stay in his “hospital”!!! This is terrible, I just have no words. Two vets diagnosed my cat with pancreatitis and je needed IV fluids asap i couldnt find any vet around to do it promptly so my friend recommended me that cruel place .Its very sad we Give him a clean and alive cat who even ate on his own and took home dirty and dead. And thrown out of the stairs of the house. It’s good that I managed to catch the cat in my hands. This is not a doctor. This is a monster. It’s better to overpay but in a place where you and the animals will be treated professionally. Please ,avoid this spot .Right,he might help some animals if they lucky out of 20 animals 17 die and this is not a place you want to bring your pet!!!!! P.s: garo called me at 11:23 amand we were on the phone until 11:34am he said the cat doesn’t eat well and has gas, but yesterday he pooped well twice and, in principle, you can pick him up on Monday with the medicine that I will give. We were happy that the cat would finally come home soon (it was Saturday). But suddenly he called back in less than half an hour to tell us that the cat had died. When we was asking him WHY?????his answer was :hehe,it happens!!!!! What happened between 11:34 am and 12:12 pm???? If someone had seen the condition of the catheter when we took the cat off his paw, a professional doctor would have understood everything. And it doesn’t matter what he died from!!! the important thing is that the service was terrible!!!! And we did everything we could on our own, spending thousands of dollars to save our domestic cat, he lived with us for almost 4 years since we rescued him from the park!!!! Responded: Verg clinic confirmed no liver damage , no organs are affected, the blood clotting test was good.. The doctor noticed the fluid in his body she sent detailed information to another doctor description of the cat’s entire body i printed out too. We have a video of a cat sitting in front of a mobile car and eating a can, we have a video of a cat absolutely cheerful and communicating to a doctor, we have a video of a catheter and in what condition we took the (dirty) cat from the “clinic” “Are you going to judge me for a dead cat? Judge your conscience. And we brought you a cat right after emergency overnight room.He still was eating.About catheter: An IV catheter should not be kept in place for more than 72 hours. IV fluids only provide hydration and electrolytes. They do not take the place of food. If the cat is not eating it needs an alternate source of nutrition, either through a nasogastric tube, a peg tube or TPN through a central line. The Verg mentioned only feeding tube as she know cat with no proper nutrition will have a liver failure."
"This review is regarding our pet sunny who tragically passed away in the hands of this unprofessional business! Just look up his name he has plenty of lawsuits! Lack of communication, unprofessionalism, disrespect, and lack of care killer Sunny. Sunny was syringe fed but has barely eaten on his own in a few days we decided to take him to VERG. The vet at verg said he is NOT a dying cat, and he NEEDS to be tube fed because syringe feeding will not be enough and put on IV fluids. Garo barely communicated with us, and when he did it felt aggressive, and insulting. He never sent us pictures of Sunny, we weren’t even allowed to go see him. We would’ve taken him out of this place if we had clear communication from this place regarding our cat. They didn’t even send out the fluid sample in a timely matter, I gave it in the morning and paid for it, but I get an email that same night at 12am saying “we need payment to send the fluid” AFTER I GAVE IT IN AND PAID AT 8am! Then a follow up email “nvm we found the payment” They can’t even keep track of that and send things out in a timely matter! And YES I was a witness when he threw our lifeless Sunny at us and said “Did you come here to complain, or pick up your cat” after we wanted to know some ANSWERS. How can this place care for animals with that type of treatment? PLEASE GET THERAPY. Maybe when you were younger you had a grasp of what it’s like to properly take care of animals but now you treat these animals badly! And treat people like badly!"
"Took my dog early in the morning because she kept bleeding and I didn’t know what was wrong with her. As soon as I took her they took her in (being it was an emergency)they did blood work and X-rays , come to find out she had pyometra. They kept her right away and did the surgery. A week later she is doing well and back to her normal self . I thank you all very much for saving my baby girls life at a very reasonable price !"
"You have to put your pet on a waitlist and then you have to be patient. This is not a sight for emergencies. The vet is thorough. He is very good with the animals. Also, the pricing is fair."
