"Literally the worst delivery provider to anyone in Boone, NC. Fedex delivered one day then said couldn't deliver the next due to weather when there wasn't any new weather... How can you deliver one day but then not deliver the next when there wasn't new weather keeping from delivering. How about honesty instead of excuses. It's bad when USPS and UPS can deliver but Fedex can't"

"Products weren't delivered two days when they were supposed to be. There was no evidence that they had even tried to deliver the products (no attempted delivery tags or anything). All I could get from 1800gofedex was a recording until I said, "Driver complaint." Then I got a person who kept lying to me about my items and not being able to contact the driver or the delivery terminal. I had to ask for a supervisor before I got any assistance at all... It's sad that I had to ask for a supervisor to get my products delivered, and then they sent a brand new delivery driver who was on his first day off of training....."
