"The most absolute worse business establishment I've ever walked in, they will offer you 20-30 no matter what you have, I was offered $30 for a Orion hcca 3000.1d roughly 600 dollar amp, was told that it was the cheap one and the best they could do was $30 lol I didn't say a thing, just walked out. They don't even attempt to research what u have since they have no real car audio knowledge their first instinct is to low-ball the living hell out of you. Definitely do not recommend, They will be out of business soon"
"Service was very rude both times I went first time to pawn my pistol second time to get it out I feel very discriminated against and will never shop there or do business there I've dealt with plenty pawn shops and this one is the worst they charge 300 percent interest which is ridiculous. The lady was being so racist told me you know you have to pay to get your gun out whole I'm standing there with my ticket and money in my hand my gun wasnt in there but five days because she said the FBI could take up to 20 days I could write more but you get the point"
"I went to this pawnshop to pawn a MSI Gaming laptop ($1000 brand new) and an ESP EC-1000 electric guitar ($950 brand new), all still in mint condition. I arrived at the pawn shop at 5:30pm, and they close at 6pm. I sat in the parking lot for a minute to finish up the phone call that I was on, before I was rudely interrupted by the owner beating on my passenger said window. I rolled down the window, and he said “Whatever business you have to do here needs to be taken care of now because my wife has a hair appointment.” And I responded with “It’s 5:30. I thought you closed at 6”. And he responded with “You must not have heard me, but my wife has a hair appointment, and we have to go.” I almost left at that moment due to the absurdity and in professionalism in the conversation that I had just had with this man, but I wouldn’t make it to another pawn shop before closing. I bit my tongue and took my guitar and laptop inside. He immediately looked at the laptop and guitar and said “I have no interest in these.” I pointed to the wall of guitars that was behind him, and he finally said “fine. I’ll do $75 for both, but I can’t do more.” He literally had the audacity to offer me $75 for $1950 worth of product. His excuse was that guitars have terrible resale value, which is 100% false. I used to work at a pawnshop, and we ALWAYS took in guitars because the depreciation in price is very minimal. We even took in laptops at 60% of what used ones were selling for on eBay. But no, he offered me $75 for both, and then reminded me that his wife had a hair appointment, and that I had to make up my mind. There was no mind to be made up, because that was a completely ridiculous offer! He followed me to the front door upon my exit to lock it behind me...at 5:40pm. 20 minutes before they were due to close. Any grown adult should know not to make appointments that interfere with their work schedule, but his ignorance on products brought in further validates his ignorance in general. I went to A-Z Pawn the next day and received a loan of $450 for both items, because that’s all I needed. Do NOT go to this pawnshop. Not even as a last resort. They’re unprofessional, they’re rude, they offer TERRIBLE prices for EVERYTHING, and instead of looking up information about products brought in, he will either low-ball you because he doesn’t know their worth, or he just won’t accept it at all. Go elsewhere. This place is not worth your time."
"This place is BY FAR the WORST pawn shop in all of Huntsville. I have visited this place a few times in the past, and every visit was a negative experience. For instance, I brought in a $350 Dewalt Drill set which he offered me $25 for. I immediately left and went to Redstone Pawn, who gave me $135. I tried to pawn a $3100 Paul Reed Smith electric guitar, and he said the most he could do was $150. I later pawned it at A-Z Pawn for $825. He knows very little about ANY products brought in, and begins to have an attitude if you tell him the prices that he offers are absolutely ridiculous. I recommend A-Z Pawn or Redstone Pawn for all of your pawning/selling needs. But to be honest, ANY Pawn Shop in Huntsville is better than this dump!"
"This review is only regarding sell/pawn transactions as have never went in this shop to buy anything only to sell. This is the only pawn shop in the area that buys car audio equipment but don’t expect to get much cash for anything. I have tried selling some items two or three times here and was low balled every time. I had 2 Kenwood speakers already in boxes, 6 by 9 and in great condition, and the guy wouldn’t offer me any more than 10 bucks. I went another time with a good Kenwood CD player and he wouldn’t even make me an offer because it was, “too old for me to make any money”."
