"I just found this gem of a store today. I was going to the thrift store across the parking lot but saw Generations and decided to check it out. Best. Decision. Ever. Met Pam who runs it, and left very impressed! Prices are great, clothes are good quality, and best of all, it’s a small business! So many things to see and look through, it felt great to just let my mind wander and discover all the possibilities. I loved thrifting here and will definitely be back—give Pam a visit and support her business!"
"Cute little shop. Friendly. Lots of choices. Priced well."
"Found some great stuff at this shop and kept noticing more cool stuff on my way out the door :) I love the skirt and bracelet that I got here "
"One of the mist disorganized consignment stores I've ever been in. Nothing racked by size and the owner is rude. So much crammed into the space shoppers can barely get by each other. No desire to shop in a place so piled and disorganized. Reminded me of a flea market type atmosphere."
"I’d give this store 0 stars if I could. Upon arrival today i saw a store with the door wide open (unable to see its mandatory to wear a mask sign on the door). Once I entered I was more than 6 feet away still standing in the door frame trying to ask if she had any disposable masks on hand in the store since it’s mandatory in most places and I forgot mine at home. Before I could even get the sentence out of my mouth she’s SCREAMING at me to “get out get out get out”. Might I add when I arrived she had no mask on, and I had just came from a eye doctor where I peaked my head in without a mask and asked for one (they had just run out) and I was not treated the way this lady treated me. For someone with such horrible customer service skill I’m surprised this women is still in business. After I left I called the store to explain how upset I was with the way I was treated only to be told “I’ve had this store for 10 years so my customer service isn’t bad and there’s a sign on the door that says masks are mandatory” with such an attitude. (again, the door was wide open so I couldn’t see the sign) I truthfully hope this store shuts down. This is no way to treat the same customers that have kept your store running for 10 years, especially in the time of a pandemic. At the very least, she could have a box of disposables sitting by the door ready to hand out."
