"This is the worst booking and experience for a COVID booster that I have ever had. The web site wanted all sorts of irrelevant information for an 11am booking and did not let me bypass it. So I turned up at the pharmacy and they said "oh, you have to go on-line to make a booking"! The pharmacist said "I can't take walk-ins". I can understand this since he presumably has to unfreeze a batch of Pfizer -- but the level of service is appalling. I'm meant to be the paying customer. Should be able to post a NEGATIVE customer experience. It's not just this CVS -- presumably it applies to all of them"
