"John Vuiko booked a truck that was empty previous night. He sent a rate con. He was sweet talking over the phone, how he does this load every week and it is a solid load and he never had a problem, etc,etc,etc. 8 AM I spoke to John Vuiko and he confirmed that load is ready for us. I told him the driver is heading to the pick up. 1 hour later John Vuiko called me and said that the load was cancelled. John Vuiko forgot to be nice and polite, He became rude and very mean. He said they were not paying TONU. Carriers, be careful. Check reviews on DAT. They ARE going to cancel your load. Shippers, try to avoid brokers like Delta Logistics as no reputable Carrier would give them a truck and you would risk bad service on your load."

"Booked load 2 days in advance to pick up on Saturday at 13:00 in NC. We driver 110 miles and get 5 minutes away from pick up. They call us and say load has been cancelled and they wont pay TONU because we have not cheeked in."
