While the majority of our freight is customer-based, we occasionally take on broker freight to reach a customer load, though we strive to limit this whenever possible. Our local fleet is equipped to handle trailer shuttles, spotting, and dropping equipment, and we can respond within 2 hours to assist locally as needed. "The only reason I give this company at 2 Star is because they have good customer service . Every time I see one of their drivers they are always driving bad. Whether it is tailgating or driving way too fast in a semi. I'm in OTR driver myself and they are beyond the normal rush job. This is only from my experience when I have seen them myself."
"I’m 57 yrs old have been driving since 1991. I started SFS January 16 2023. Since I’ve been here I’ve been able to basically write my own paycheck with on time delivery and being conscious about my log book and start and finish times. The staff of planners and dispatchers work directly with your schedule. If your looking for an honest days pay for an honest days wage you will do well here. If your late and lazy stay where your at there’s no place for you here. It’s a TEAM effort each employee has to pull there weight here we all depend on each other. From driver to driver as well as customer to operations. I came from a big company of 300 trucks at .70 per mile only to be lost in the shuffle shut down due to weather on I80 and the North West.
