"Get your employees to quit lying. The tracking for my signature required package for two days in a row now has said “we missed you” and I can confirm beyond a shred of doubt that no delivery agent was ever at my door. So lazy. Not even a notice left so I can change the delivery on the site, so I’m stuck waiting for the next driver to lie to me. This is why I never CHOOSE to do business with UPS. You all lost 384 dollars of mine and refused to do anything about it in 2018."

We had to drive to Hickory last package that had to be shipped to Amazon because I had missed the only two days that this UPS is open for shipping packages. For some reason, Pack and Ship on Blowing Rock Blv doesn't ship to Amazon if you print your own label. If this UPS location could be open more than two hours twice a week, I believe that it would benefit them as well as us. If anyone knows why it is only open two hours twice a week, I would really like to know."
