"Aleta is a fantastic teacher and her studio is amazing. Everyone is welcoming and you can feel the creative buzz around the place. The 6 week pottery course is a great introduction+ to pottery. You learn how to throw and do some handbuilding. Trimming and glazing will become some of your favorite activities too! She has plenty of colors to choose from and is very knowledgeable in how they will work on your pieces. The turn around for glazed pieces is pretty quick too! All in all, this has been a fabulous experience and I HIGHLY recommend ArtCurious!"

"I highly recommend taking classes at ArtCurious Studio with Aleta if you are interested in learning pottery and having a great teacher! I started with a bowl, spoon and tray hand-building class and then I did a 6 week beginner's pottery class with the wheel. Aleta is great at teaching and being patient while allowing you to have your own creative ideas! For the price you pay, it is well worth it as it includes instruction from an amazing potter, multiple pieces you can use, glazing, and kiln firing. I had never done pottery before taking her classes and have made great progress throughout the weeks! She even taught me more advanced forms such as a pot with a lid! Pottery is a great skill to have and also anxiety relieving. I have included some pictures of my creations throughout the classes! I have a few more pieces to glaze, and it is always fun to see what comes out of the kiln! Try out a class! :)"
