They lost my friend's beloved dog and have shown zero urgency or accountability in trying to rectify the situation. It's heartbreaking to see them brush off such a distressing incident without taking any meaningful action to find the missing pet or provide support. Their lack of responsibility and empathy during this difficult time is truly disheartening.
