"Dear Gas Station Management, I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, the encounter was marred by what I perceive as unprofessional behavior. During my visit, I experienced repeated issues with non-functioning pumps. Despite paying inside and providing proof of purchase, I encountered unnecessary difficulty when attempting to switch to a functional pump. The exchange with the clerk involved persistent questioning about who I paid and a reluctance to promptly address the issue. Moreover, the situation escalated when another staff member intervened, making inquiries that seemed unrelated to resolving the pump malfunction. This entire episode left me feeling that I was treated unfairly, and I cannot help but wonder if the incident was influenced by factors beyond the technical problem at hand. I believe in fair and equal treatment for all customers, irrespective of their background. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it is crucial to maintaining a positive customer experience at your establishment. Sincerely,"
"Just a warning to not give business to this place! My husband worked here for 2.5 years and has been the only consistent 3rd shift employee, he gave his 2 week notice because he found a new place of employment and was denied his final 2 checks! We reached out to BBB and Labor department and are hoping they can help him get his money since he is the only one working at the moment! They are rude to most customers and act like they don’t understand English all of these comments(which are negative) are very true! Poor place to shop and even worse place to work! If you allow your husband to take other people’s checks even if there is something that was agreed upon prior then you shouldn’t have a business license!"
"I am a single mother and coffee is everything in the morning. Was running a little behind time this morning. So I decided to go to 7-Eleven for two cups of coffee. When I arrived my hair was a mess and I was wearing my pajamas. Staff was extremely friendly I was greeted with a good morning it is very rare for you to find clean coffee dispensers at a 7-Eleven most of them have dust and filth all around them this location coffee dispensers was extremely clean. I as able to get two cups of coffee made them to my liking walk to the register and even though the look on my face said I was not fully up they treated me with awesome and excellent customer service she explained to me because I was buying A extra large cup of coffee I was able to get a free muffin hands down to this the morning staff. They are great and it was a wonderful experience for me picking up my coffee wanted to share this with you guys cuz excellent customer service these days are rare to find keep up the good work and thank you for everything your morning staff does"
"******RACIST STORE, DONT SHOP HERE****** As per policy whenever someone buys something from behind the counter you hold the items in hand and not place them on the counter until the transaction is complete. If this is policy why does this only apply to black customers? I work not too far from this location so I’m here quite a few times a week. This morning I witnessed it first hand, a young black man came in he stood in line while a white man was at the counter getting cigarettes your employee handed the white guy the cigarettes in hand before he paid only for his card to decline. (Mind you, your employee had to remind him to give them back before he walked away) when the young man behind him asked for the same thing your employee did NOT place them on the counter they followed “policy”. When he asked why did they do that to him and not the other guy your employees answer was that she was “OWNER” and she can do what she pleases and if he doesn’t like it he doesn’t have to shop there anymore. If that’s the case then why have your store in that area?"
