"Slow when it comes to taking orders. Can tell the girl at register or window with the green nails didn’t want to be bothered yet she works in fast food an was more focus on trying to be cute an the oh so many give me a moment over the speaker. I recommend no one comes here to order. Was in line 20 plus mins an was car 2 never again only stayed bc the kids"

"Didn’t have enough people to work so we had to order at the register and then go inside to eat. When we went inside there were 0 clean tables. Ended up eating in the car. No bacon on the jr bacon, fries were old and so were the nuggets. Avoid coming here."

"We were in town visiting a medical clinic and we decided to eat at Wendy's. It was about 3pm and you could see it looked closed. The gas station said there's a bunch of teenagers who work there and they keep the lights off and chairs up, so that it looks closed. Said its opened just go thru the drive thru. They give away free food sometimes. So, we went ahead and went thru the drive thru, the poor MGR was there by herself trying to keep up! How pathetic that these young kids don't want to work and they feel entitled! All praise to this dedicated manager who cares about her job and us customers! She needs a raise!!!"

"Not so happy with the experience. Bad service, stood for a long time at the counter before able to take my order, employees on their cell phone. Dirty, floors are sticky and slippery, all the tables are dirty. No straws, no ketchup, soda machines are out, no Frosty’s and no napkins."

"TRAVELERS BEWARE! Avoid this Wendy’s! The one redeeming quality about this restaurant was the server who took our drive-thru order was quite pleasant. I stopped inside to use the restroom and was shocked at how unclean the facilities were. Kitchen gloves and a cigarette butt littered the floor of the bathroom and all areas of the restaurant were filthy. Unfortunately the service, apart from our order taker, was rude and slow. I placed a mobile order through the app 15 minutes before arriving and it still took 20 minutes to get our food, which was of poor quality. Stale tasting bread, slightly above lukewarm food and unseasoned fries. No condiments were included with our order despite me adding them to the mobile order. I expected better of this Rock Hill restaurant and hope others will learn from my misfortune."
