"Not sure if Jeremiah works at this location but we need more drivers like this guy. He’s very patient and doesn’t get upset if you have to mark certain items damaged. I understand it has more to do with the people loading the trucks than the drivers for the most part."

"If I could give this terrible company a zero star rating I would. I bought a $2,000 item and paid almost $200 for shipping. I was given a time frame of 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. One of my busiest times. I blocked it out which costed me likely hundreds of dollars so that I could wait for the delivery. I was supposed to receive a call prior to my delivery. I did not receive a call and I did not receive my delivery. No one contacted me through email to try to reschedule. I had to call them on Monday morning because they were closed all weekend. They didn't reach out to me I had to call them. Quality customer service right there. Now they're not even trying to give me a refund for all my time and energy that they wasted with their incompetence. It should be noted that this item was about 282 lb. Heavy enough that some lazy driver probably didn't want to do it so they found a way out of it and the company allowed it. I will make sure that this company is never used again by my company or anybody else that I know."

"Estes was a carrier for my stove purchase that I made at lowe's. The item was was quick to ship out and made it from Connecticut to Tennessee In only three or 4 days.However As of today it has been Setting in Nashville for the last 19 days!!! They have changed the delivery day several times and the support team isnt much better. I have called them twice and both times they assured me my item would arrive the next day. So not only is the delivery team usless but I was lied to on 2 different Occasions"

"Never received my frieght order from Lowes. When I reached out to Estes I was advised they were unable to track orders. I am now 2 weeks behind on a job because of this company. Who loses 70 gallons of stain?!?"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Extremely unprofessional, late on delivery, and they do not care about your product. If the customer service representative was remotely helpful this would have been different. Take your business elsewhere."
