I’ve needed a ride three different times and each time they are either super freaking late or never shown up I’ve scheduled a ride at 12:45 and it’s 1:30 and still not here it’s ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Do better! Citi taxi is better."

"I love the drivers ! To be exact…. The DRIVERS. They always put me up on the rates and how the company’s are getting over. I finally decided to call today and get proof myself. I’m pretty sure anyone who has taken this cab has heard the rule “if your trip isn’t more than so and so miles the total is 10 dollars flat”. Well I asked dispatch “if my ride one way is 10 dollars flat even though the meter says less and I haven’t went far then that means my ride for a round trip will still be 10 dollars flat since I still didn’t get taken more than so and so miles right ?” She tells me no then it would be 20… so I insinuated “so you’re actually charging people 10 dollars every time the car stops and goes."
