"I purchased something from self and was labeled and guy at counter ran at different price, when I asked , he went back and turned the label and was rude and threatening . I instead to talk to manager but no one was there. Horrible and wrost service ever , looks fraud labeling on drinks .guy at counter was threatening the customers ."

"How is this store still open? The lady that works there literally says it’s a shift change any time you walk in and that they can’t make any sales, terrible customer service"

"So I just went to the store to grab a soda. I walked back to use the restroom and some of your containers that come from MacLaine (I use to work for a convenience store) were blocking the entry way to them so I moved them. I go to the door and opened it because it wasn't locked. Someone whom I know now is the manager was in there using it. She came out and said the bathroom is closed. She said you see those, you moved them didn't you? I said well yes I did so I could get the bathroom. She then said it's closed. I don't have an issue with that. However, what I have a problem with is how can it be closed if she was using it? Very rude and unprofessional reaction because she didn't lock the door and I walked in on her. If customers aren't allowed to use the restroom don't have them!!!"

"I've tried to stop at this 7-11 a few times since we moved to this area and it's been closed every time, during the day. Right now it's Saturday, 9/30/23, at 5:34 PM and they are closed?"

"Very poor customer service and very and location for customer service. They dont want to give slurpee on 7-11 day."
