Above & Beyond Shuttle Service

"Awful!!!!! Pay in advance with no refund for delays. Bad attitude, very risky driving. We were told where to meet after the Luke Bryan concert. Got there at 11 and she had way too many clients already waiting for her. We finally went with an Uber after midnight ( other clients still waiting for her ) as we knew we would not fit in the shuttle and would have to wait for them to be dropped off. She actually called me at 12:45 to ask where I was. Bottom line. They don’t offer any refunds for delays. But they cause the delays by overbooking prepaying clients ITs a SCAM."

"Went to the Luke Bryan concert yesterday. There was a flyer at the front desk. The people at the desk spoke wonders about her. We called and she said to be out front of the hotel at 5:45, she’d get us at 6. She didn’t pick us up until 6:35. I had to call 2 times to figure out where she was. She said there was traffic. She pulled up in a car. We thought it was an actual shuttle. When we got there she said she was taking us to a designated pick up spot. It was red flags. She then told us that she had 3 pick ups at the end of the concert, and if we missed any of them then she was leaving us. we then had to walk down to the venue which was a rather far walk. Once the concert was over we walked back to the red flags and waited and then when she pulled up she realized she had 2 groups who had the same last name. She tried to squeeze 8 people in her car. It didn’t work and then she basically kicked us out and told us she would be back. We then had to wait for an hour and 20 minutes for her to come back. When she did come back we realized she had her mother and food in her car. She had a walker in her trunk which was hitting one of the passengers in the head. So we were not her first priority. I would not recommend her to anyone. We also paid her over $100 for round trip."

"Contacted the shuttle service via a flyer that was left at the front desk of our hotel. Spoke with the owner who instructed me to pay upfront $81 for transport to and from concert venue 4 miles away for 3 people. Upon her arrival in her Ford Flex, she informs us that she is a "shuttle" service and that she will NOT be taking us or picking us up from the venue but will instead take us to a designated "drop off point". She actually dropped us off at the Uber pickup and drop off point located at the venue but tells us to meet her at a fire hydrant for pickup. This fire hydrant required my elderly parents to walk a very long distance and to cross a very busy, high traffic, highway. After the concert was over, I contacted the owner and asked if she could please pick us up at the same location where we were dropped off as this was the only walkable option for my parents. Her response to me was that I needed to "re-educate" myself on what a shuttle service was and that she absolutely would not honor my request, stating that I was informed she would only pick us up 2 miles away at the designated fire hydrant on the corner of that very busy highway. She denied my request for refund and we had to call an Uber driver to pick us up at an additional cost. I could have paid 1/3 of the price and had reliable transport had I just done business with Uber in the first place. Horrible experience! Horrible person! Funny how she said that in her 9 years of business that I was the only one who had complained and now I see just how many others have had the same horrible experience. DO NOT do business with this woman! She is a scam and there is ABSOLUTELY nothing "above and beyond" her services as advertised."

"Great experience with Above & Beyond Shuttle Service. Used them for a round trip service for a concert at PNC Music Pavilion. It's usually very difficult to get out of the concert in a reasonable time but we were back at our hotel within 20 minutes after the concert! Very happy to spent the money on this."

"By far the WORST shuttle service I have ever experienced. If your looking for any kind of comfort look elsewhere. Speed over bumps, over packed vehicle. They charge you round trip up front so your SOL. Wouldn't turn on AC when we loaded. Would not let us load while her and her boy toy ate wings. What makes me the maddest? Our hotel Wyndam by Wynngate suggested the shuttle. They must be getting kick backs. Will will send pictures to support our claims to better business bureau and the Motels corporate page!!!"
