"Just wanted you to be aware that the sales associate, Margaret, was not only unprofessional and curt when I called to get information about booking a party, but was rude and arrogant during our conversation. Completely turned off from giving them my business. Margaret lacks customer service and her people skills are a total deterrent.. She definitely needs a position where she doesn't interact with people, of whom are looking to book a party.."

"Do not use! Very rude horrible customer service. Was told they would be coming to set up on Friday between 3-5 they just showed up no phone call or notice on Thursday at 1pm thankfully my sister was home but we weren’t prepared for them coming when she spoke with the guys setting up they called their boss and was told that they had to set it up now it is now or never. So I called up spoke to a woman on the phone and was told well is it a problem. And when I said I guess I have no choice now do I, there was no response. I would not use this company if you want to be spoken to with respect."

"NYPARTY and it’s team were absolutely terrific providing 6 big activities at a party for my son on the beach. Inflatables, Virtual Reality, games and snocones were all in excellent condition, and well staffed- with friendly, helpful staff! I was worry free at my event as NYPARTY was beyond organized. Most important, during this time, their care and The safety protocols they employed throughout the entire event was amazing- clean, sanitized, and an attendant at everything to make sure the kids followed all the rules they had in place, 6’ social distancing to wait, sanitizer before and after the activity and masks on always! Thank you thank you NYPARTY!!"

"We had an event for our school and Party Works was excellent. Staff was 30 minutes early they were very polite. Children were all over the place when equipment was being setup and they still maintained their professionalism. I highly recommend any one/organization to use them. Thanks for everything guys can’t wait for the next event."
