The entire staff, front desk to techs to the vet, go above and beyond and are professional, friendly and caring. The facility is clean and neat and the staff does a wonderful job cleaning the rooms in between appointments. I get wonderful service consistently, even when I am calling panicked for some reason, they are always willing to provide great information even over the phone, and go above and beyond to help no matter what. There have been many instances I have been able to get in same day for medical concerns with very little wait time. Overall, I highly recommend Churchville Vet, they really care about my pets like they are their own and provide detailed, attentive service like no other."
