"Not from Lackawanna area (on vacation) but forgot needle tips for an insulin pen.P Called Rite Aid Lackawanna and the person answering the phone could not have been nicer and more helpful. I arrived at the store and found out it was the pharmacist, Danielle, who answered the phone (I thought it would be a pharm tech). She was incredibly helpful with my myriad of questions. She is nice, warm, and for me, incredibly knowledgeable. And Happy Birthday, again, Danielle! ❤️"

"I used to work at this rite aid, 20 years ago! Shhhh!!! Haha I still shop here for vitamins and other things. They have really good sales every week. Also towards the end of a season rite aid marks there stuff down as low as 75% off! That's when you can get really really cheap stuff here!"

"While shopping today. I noticed to 14 to 16 years of age kids shopping lifting about 30.00 in merchandise. Told cashier and was told they can't do anything about it or they will get fired. Way to pass costs down to paying customers. No longer going there for anything."

"Most of the time everyone here is so nice. The store is usually nice and clean. The front Cashiers are usually very nice. They Don't always have my scripts ready in a timely manner. But the last couple times they were ready in less than 30 minutes and the lady in the pharmacy was super nice and seemed so happy to do her job. Which isn't always the case. The one pharmacist-Jason- not so great. I had a whole ordeal with him that last several weeks to get fixed. And not once did he apologize for his actions which were out of line. I've had several issues with pharmacy in this location and the fact. Most of the issues I've had with this location could have been prevented if they actually communicated with their customers. And if Jason actually did his job instead of refusing to fill scripts that had 1 refill left and making his own rules."
